Live, hosted elsewhere. This entry only routes out to https://lattice.austinpranger.com/radar — there's no local build in this repo. The linked tool itself is private on its own front end (gated separately from this toolbox); this card exists so the link is discoverable from the public toolbox grid, not to expose the tool's contents.
